Features

  • 0.9V to 2V on A port and 1.65V to 3.6V on B port
  • Minimum data rates:
    • >130 Mbps (15pF load, 1.8V to 3.3V)
    • >100 Mbps (100pF load, 1.8V to 3.3V)
  • Supports high-speed interfaces such as QSPI, OSPI, eSPI
  • VCCA <, =, > VCCB is acceptable
