8.2.2.3 Standby Mode Application Note

If the TLIN821-Q1 detects an under voltage on VSUP the RXD pin transitions low signaling to the controller that the TLIN821-Q1 is in standby mode. Return the transceiver to sleep mode for the lowest power state.
