This EVM supports the following features:

  • Evaluation module for the BQ2573X devices
  • Supports 3.5- to 26-V input source
    • 3.5- to 26-V, 0- to 10-A input operating range and 1ā€“5 cell battery configuration
    • Supports USB2.0, USB 3.0, USB 3.1 ( USB Type-Cā„¢) and USB_PD
    • Supports USB OTG with 3- to 24-V adjustable output
    • Supports Fast Role Swap (FRS) feature for USB_PD
  • Narrow VDC (NVDC) power path management
    • Instant-on works with no battery or deeply discharged battery
    • Battery supplements system when adapter is fully-loaded
  • 400-kHz or 800-kHz switching frequency for high efficiency
  • Power Path (BQ25730) or Non Power Path (BQ25731) options
  • Power and Current Monitor for CPU Throttling
