Device Information

The BQ25858 and BQ25858B evaluation modules (EVMs) are evaluation systems for the BQ25858-Q1 and BQ25858B-Q1 ICs. These ICs are a buck-boost controller with a wide input range of 4.2V to 60V, a wide output voltage range of up to 60V, and bi-directional capabilities.

These devices offer high-efficiency DC/DC conversion over a wide voltage range. These devices integrate all the loop compensation for the buck-boost converter, thereby providing a high density method with ease of use.

Besides the I2C host-controlled mode, these devices also support programmable hardware limits. Input current and output current regulation targets can be set with single resistor on the IIN, and IOUT pins, respectively.
