Enable and Disable

The device is enabled by setting the EN pin to a voltage above 1.2V (TPS61253A) or 0.9V (TPS61253E and TPS61253F) and the VIN above the UVLO threshold. At first, the internal reference is activated and the internal analog circuits are settled. Afterwards, the start-up phase is activated and the output voltage increases. When the EN pin is grounded, the TPS61253x enters shutdown mode, then device stops switching and the internal control circuitry is turned off.
