SLVSI25 July 2025 TPS546B25
PRODUCTION DATA
The TPS546B25 offers precise enable, disable threshold on the CNTL pin. The power stage switching is held off until the CNTL pin voltage rises above the logic high threshold (typically 1.2V). The power stage switching is turned off after CNTL pin voltage drops below the logic low threshold (typically 1V).
CNTL pin has an internal filter to avoid unexpected ON or OFF due to short glitches. The deglitch time is set to 0.2µs.
The recommended operating condition for CNTL pin is up to 5.3V and the absolute maximum rating is 5.5V. Do not connect the CNTL pin to PVIN pin directly.
The TPS546B25 remains in disabled state when the CNTL pin floats. The CNTL pin is internally pulled down to AGND through a 125kΩ resistor.
