8.3.3 Thermal Shutdown

When the device temperature reaches TSD, R, the device shuts off to prevent thermal damage. After the device cools off to TSD,F, the device turns back on. If the device is kept in a thermally stressful environment, then the device oscillates between the off and on states until the device temperature remains below the thermal shutdown point.
