Overview

The SN74LVC1G135B-Q1 device is a single 2-input positive NAND gate with an open-drain output. This device performs the Boolean function Y = A • B or Y = Ā + B̅ in positive logic. The device functions as an independent gate with Schmitt-trigger inputs, so the device has different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT–) signals to provide hysteresis (ΔVT) which makes the device tolerant to slow or noisy input signals.
