Oscilloscope

Evaluation of this EVM needs a MSO58B or equivalent oscilloscope, 10x passive voltage probes (for example, TPP1000), galvanically isolated high-voltage differential probe (for example, TIVP1, TIVP05), high-voltage differential oscilloscope probe (for example, THDP0200), isolated differential measurement system with a 500MHz bandwidth and a differential voltage range up to ±2.5kV (for example, TIVP05 used with the TIVPWS500X probe tip), and a DC current probe of 150A rated (for example, TCP0150).
