Table 8-4 shows the CDC6Cx typical frequency shift from aging at different temperatures. Frequency drift is measured over 1000 hours for each temperature and extrapolated using MIL-PRF-55310-REV-F to predict frequency stability for up to 20 years. After aging for 20 years at 75°C, the predicted frequency stability is ±26ppm.
