Single Cable Concept

Figure 4-8 shows a different implementation concept how to connect the camera module to the ECU. In this concept, the power for the IR illumination and imaging subsystem is provided by a single coaxial cable which is also used to transmit the image data to the ECU. This concept helps to reduce cabling cost and weight. Separation of data and power is achieved by using PoC.
