ADC_R Module Addition

To support the Resolver peripheral in AM263P devices, two additional SAR ADC modules, ADC_R0 and ADC_R1, have been added. In applications where the Resolver is not utilized, these ADCs can be configured and used as general purpose ADCs. Each has four channels with 12-bit resolution. The most notable differences between ADC_R0-1 versus ADC0-4 is that the maximum sample for ADCR0-1 is 3 MSPS compared to 4 MSPS for ADC0-4 and that ADCR0-1 does not contain the comparator subsystem that is part of each ADC0-4 module. These additional ADCs benefit from all the Type-4 ADC Post Processing Block improvements that are a part of the AM263P ADC0-4 modules.
