The CC23xx and CC27xx families of chips both support mapping internal RF signals to pins to observe RF operation. There are two observable signals, which are also the two most commonly used: LNA and PA, where LNA corresponds to the receiver (Rx) and PA corresponds to the transmitter (Tx). They are enabled as follows:

It is shown that the PA_EN and LNA_EN signals have been mapped to DIO22 and DIO21. Additionally, if no extra IOs are available on your board, or if one signal is enough to identify the issue, deselect PA/LNA Pins in the Use Case, then directly select the desired signal and the corresponding pin for mapping to connect a logic analyzer for observation.

It is important to note that only the LRF Digital Output pins are available for use. Therefore, when designing custom boards, consider RF signal debugging requirements and reserve or reuse these pins accordingly.
