How do I approve someone who requested access to a myTI company account?
A super administrator or administrator can review and approve access request by following these steps:
- Log in to your myTI dashbaord.
- Go to the “Your team" page.
- On the “Manage your team” page, locate the user with “Pending” status.
- Click “Accept” or “Deny” to review the request.
- Confirm that accepting the request changes the user’s status to “Active”, while denying removes them from the users table.
The user will receive an email notifying them of whether their request was approved or denied.
