What are the various status definitions within a myTI company account?

The status definitions for users within a myTI company account:

  • Active – Regular users must log into the company account every 365 days. Super administrator users must login every 180 days to stay active.
  • Inactive – Regular users have not logged into the company account for 365+ day. Super administrator users have not logged in for 180+ days.
  • Invited – The user was invited to join the company account, but has not yet accepted the invitation.
  • Expired – The user does not accept within 30 days, their invitation expires.
  • Pending – The user requested access to a company account but is awaiting approval/denial from an administrator.
