Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs help you create merchant DC/DC designs such as DC/DC bricks and point of load (PoL) converters with the latest technology and switching devices targeted to meet DOSA and POLA standards.

Design requirements

Modern merchant DC/DC designs often require:

  • Higher power density and efficiency with GaN, dual-cool MOSFET and FET power blocks.
  • Higher integration to help meet DOSA and POLA standards.
