HVAC valve & actuator control

Block diagram

Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs help you design electronic heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) valve and actuator controls that can maximize heating and cooling cycle efficiency in commercial chillers and geothermal HVAC systems. Our designs can lower system power consumption significantly through precision flow control.

Design requirements

HVAC valve and actuator control designs often require:

  • Precise motor control of system valve for efficient water pump motor and precise flow control.
  • Lower power wireless connectivity for remote valve controls in industrial spaces.
  • Ethernet capability, compatible with existing wired control network.
