Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs help you create microwave indoor backhaul unit (IDU) systems that enable multiband millimeter-wave operation for >10Gbps speeds and sub-1ms latencies. Our RF and microwave ICs, mixers and modulators, and power and clocking technologies allow you to complete your 5G design with confidence.

Design requirements

Modern IDUs require:

  • Network synchronization over packet-based fronthaul interface.
  • High-density power management operating at high ambient temperature.
