Inter-DC interconnect (long-haul, submarine)

Block diagram

Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs help you create long-haul, inter-datacenter (DC) and submarine interconnect optical transport equipment with ultra-high bandwidth and low power consumption. Use the interactive system diagram below to design high-speed, long-haul optical equipment.

Design requirements

Modern inter-DC interconnect (long-haul, submarine) optical networking systems require:

  • High-speed and high-resolution data converters.
  • Best-in-class signal integrity.
  • Efficient DC/DC converters to power the latest-generation ASICs, FPGAs and CPUs.
