Overview
The AFE5401 evaluation module (EVM) provides a platform for evaluating the AFE5401 integrated signal chain quad-channel analog front end (AFE) for various signal, clock, reference and ADC output formats.
Features
- No test equipment required (AC/DC power adapter provided with kit; onboard XTAL oscillator provides sampling clock)
- Alternative connector and output buffer provisions allow for connection to user’s DSP platform
- Triggered data capture supported
- Dynamically configurable (via software GUI ) DUT trigger from FPGA
- Monitoring of DUT-only power consumption
