DRV8434SEVM
DRV8434S stepper drivers with stall detection and SPI interface evaluation module
DRV8434SEVM
Overview
The DRV8434S evaluation module (EVM) allows easy evaluation of the DRV8434S device.
The DRV8434S is a fully integrated stepper motor driver, supporting up to 2.5 A full scale current with an internal microstepping indexer, smart tune decay technology, advanced stall detection algorithm, and integrated current sensing. The DRV8434S devices can be powered with a supply voltage from 4.5 to 48 V. A simple STEP/DIR control interface and SPI communication with daisy chain support allows for an external controller to manage the outputs. The decay mode can be selected as a slow, mixed decay, smart tune Ripple Control, or smart tune Dynamic Decay current regulation scheme.
For more information on this evaluation module please refer to the DRV8434SEVM User's Guide.
