A highly-integrated power supply reference design for smartwatches and fitness trackers enabling ultra-low Iq in an ultra-small (48sqmm) solution size. Supply includes seven power rails for the system including battery charger, LDO, DC-DC buck converters and integrated boost converter for heart rate monitor AFE LED drive supply or PMOLED bias.

  • Ultra-small (48mm2) total footprint power supply solution
  • 400nA Iq linear battery charge management solution with fast charge, LDO, load switch, ADC and over-voltage/over-current protection
  • Selectable, integrated boost rail for PMOLED display or heart-rate monitor LED driver
  • Seven rails for various peripherals:
    • 1.8V@1A
    • 1.8V@0.3A
    • 1.8V@0.1A
    • 1.8V@0.1A
    • 1.2V@0.2A
    • 12V@0.06A, or
    • 5V@ 0.150A
