The PMP4468 is an isolated DC-DC module reference design targeted for industrial and telecom applications. The DC input range is from 18 V to 36 V, with a 24-V typical input and a 5-V, 6-A output. The LM5025A active clamp forward controller is used in the design. The efficiency is up to 90% with good thermal performance.
