Overview

This reference design demonstrates an on-board battery charger solution for a range of vacuum robots, which has 1.0-A charging current capability with 4.8-cm2 layout area, providing ±1.5% charging voltage accuracy and ±3% charging current accuracy. The design achieves a stable and smooth CC-CV charging profile and has been evaluated with a 4S2P li-ion battery pack.
