Overview

The TLV1117LV33EVM-714 evaluation module (EVM) is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TLV1117LVxx device, which is a 1-A, positive fixed-voltage low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator.

  • Low IQ: 100 µA (max)
  • VIN range: 1.8 V to 5.5 V
  • VIN = 6 V (absolute max)
  • Stable with 0-mA output current
  • LDO voltage: 900 mV at 1 A
  • High PSRR: 65 dB at 1 kHz
  • Minimum ensured current limit of 1.1 A
  • Stable with cost-effective ceramic capacitors
  • Thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection
