Overview

The TPS62A212EVM-059 is designed to help the user easily evaluate and test the operation and functionality of the TPS62A2xx-Q1 buck converters, which are intended for automotive application. The EVM converts a 2.7V to 6.0V input voltage to a regulated 1.2V output voltage with 0.8% accuracy at output current up to 12A.

  • Input voltage range from 2.7V to 6.0V
  • Resistor selectable start-up output voltage range from 0.4V to 3.3V
  • Resistor selectable switching frequency from 1.5MHz, 2.25MHz, 2.5MHz, or 4MHz
  • Resistor selectable compensation settings
  • Power save mode for light-load efficiency
