TI store API suite

Keys and access

Get your API keys in a few easy steps:

Step 1: Create a myTI company account

Have your senior procurement lead register for a company account to enable a connected seamless experience for you and your colleagues.

Step 2: Request API keys

Accessing TI store APIs requires a company account and an API-eligible checkout profile (see create a checkout profile and our checkout profile FAQs for additional information). Only checkout profiles using bank transfer, Apruve net 30 terms or a direct line of credit as a payment method are API eligible. API ordering does not currently support purchasing with credit cards or alternative payment methods such as Alipay, WeChat or UnionPay. See payment information for more details.

Once you have a company account, your administrator can request API keys.

  • After logging in to your myTI account, click the drop-down menu next to the user name and select "myTI dashboard."
  • From the myTI dashboard, on the left side navigation menu, click on "API Keys and Access" under "Company Account."
  • Navigate to the "TI store API suite" and click the request button.
  • Review and accept the API Terms of Use.
  • TI will review key requests within two to three days and email administrators upon approval. To retrieve API keys, return to the API keys and access page. The API secret will only be available for 30 minutes after key generation. If this window is missed or the secret is lost, the key will need to be regenerated.
  • You can request access to the TI Product Information API Suite at the same time. Keys will be generated that can be used for all TI APIs. However, keys will not be usable for the TI store API suite until access is approved.
