This design showcases the trend of the EV industry moving to a one-box based solution by integrating OBC, DC/DC and Traction inverter into one module. This integration achieves higher performance in power efficiency, compact in size and lower system cost. The design consists of many TI components including a single C2000™ real-time control MCU, SiC high voltage gate drivers, and isolated amplifiers.
