This presentation will discuss the many features available in Texas Instruments isolated gate drivers that allow easier implementation of ASIL rated applications and protect power devices from damaging conditions. Power device protection becomes especially important with the acceptance of SiC devices and the associated challenges of protecting these devices vs. the traditional IGBT implementation.
