This video discusses how linear 3D Hall-effect sensors can be used to detect magnetic tampering in electricity meters as well as the advantages of these linear 3D Hall-effect sensors against other types of magnetic sensors. Although this video discusses magnetic tampering of electricity meters, the concepts here are applicable to other end equipment that desire to detect magnetic tampering.
