To prevent oscillations and false-triggering, the output and input traces need to be kept separated when the source impedance is greater than 25kΩ, The fast output edge rates (< 200ns) can couple through the stray capacitance back into the high-impedance input, particularly at high output voltage swings (>10 V). This is important for the dual LMx93 where the inverting input is next to the output pin. The input and output traces must be run at right angles to each-other and never in parallel.
