AR HUD lumen budget estimation calculator

This Excel calculator provides a starting point for estimating overall lumen requirements for the picture generation unit (PGU) in an augmented reality head-up display (AR HUD). This calculator takes standard HUD parameters as inputs, such as field of view, virtual image distance, and eyebox size. The calculator uses these inputs to produce an estimated total lumen requirement of a standard design of an AR HUD system.
