The CC3300 and CC3301 devices may operate at temperatures of up to 105°C. This allows the device to be used reliably in applications that may be exposed to higher ambient temperature over certain periods of the product’s life. At temperatures higher than 85°C, the WLAN/BLE performance may degrade.
