Bootstrap Undervoltage Lockout

If at any time the voltage across the bootstrap capacitor (BOOTx to OUTx voltage) pin falls lower than the VBST_UV threshold, the corresponding high-side GaN FET is turned off by turning off the high-side pre-driver. All the other GaN FETs continue to work as commanded by the INx pin. Normal operation starts again at the next rising edge of INHx pulse after the BST_UV condition clears. The BOOTx undervoltage is not reported on nFAULT pin.
