8.3.1 AVDD_MODE for 1.8V Operation

After the supplies are stable, whenever using AVDD 1.8V operation, always set the AVDD_MODE (P0_R2_D[2]) setting to 1'b1 right after power-up to set the correct analog regulator (AREG) voltage. This setting is not needed when using AVDD 3.3V operation.
