Description

The TLV915x-Q1 family (TLV9151-Q1, TLV9152-Q1, and TLV9154-Q1) is a family of 16V, general purpose automotive operational amplifiers. These devices offer exceptional DC precision and AC performance, including rail-to-rail output, low offset (±125µV, typical), low offset drift (±0.3µV/°C, typical), and 4.5MHz bandwidth.

Convenient features such as wide differential input-voltage range, high output current (±75mA), high slew rate (21V/µs), and low noise (10.8nV/√Hz) make the TLV915x-Q1 a robust, low-noise operational amplifier for automotive applications.

The TLV915x-Q1 family of op amps is available in standard packages and is specified from –40°C to 125°C.
