Application Information

The UCC21222 effectively combines both isolation and buffer-drive functions. The flexible, universal capability of the UCC21222 (with up to 5.5-V VCCI and 18-V VDDA/VDDB) allows the device to be used as a low-side, high-side, high-side/low-side or half-bridge driver for MOSFETs, IGBTs or GaN transistor. With integrated components, advanced protection features (UVLO, dead time, and disable) and optimized switching performance, the UCC21222 enables designers to build smaller, more robust designs for enterprise, telecom, automotive, and industrial applications with a faster time to market.
