Reset

The ADC is reset by three methods: power-on reset (POR), the RESET pin, or the RESET command. Power-on reset occurs when the power-supply voltages cross the respective thresholds. See Figure 6-8 for details. To reset the ADC by pin, drive RESET low for at least two fCLK cycles and return high for reset. By command, reset takes effect on the next rising fCLK edge after the eighth rising edge of SCLK of the reset command. At reset, the filter is restarted and the user registers reset to default. Reset timing is illustrated in Figure 6-5.
