GUI Data Export

Data can be exported from the Time Domain Display, Spectral Analysis and Histogram Analysis pages by right-clicking in the data display window and selecting Export -> Export Data To Clipboard or Export -> Export Data To Excel. Refer to Figure 4-10 for a Time Domain data export example.

Figure 4-11 shows an export data example from the Time Domain Display to Microsoft Excel®. The data is exported as ADC codes but can be converted to voltage using Equation 1.
Equation 1. V adc   =   V ref PGA × CODE 2 31
  • Vref is set to 5V on the EVM
  • PGA is the gain value and can be set to values of 1 (default), 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64
  • CODE is the signed output integer exported to the clipboard or Excel
