Overview

The OPAx993 family (OPA2993 and OPA4993) is a family of high voltage (32V) general purpose operational amplifiers.

The OPAx993 family has a wide gain bandwidth of 20MHz and fast slew rate of 40V/µs when no capacitive load is present. These devices require 400uA (typical) at most.

These devices also offer excellent DC precision, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset (±250µV, typical), and low offset drift (±0.5µV/°C, typical).
