Test Details

Burst peak voltage: up to 2.8kV; pulse repetition rate inside burst: 100kHz.

Burst duration: 15ms; burst period: 300ms; one burst frame for 10s; 10s rest between burst frames; six burst frames total.

Coupling: OUTx motor outputs.

Device powered with VM = 24V and a 48Ω load on each OUTx.

INx driven with a 20kHz, 3.3V PWM signal.
