UCD3138x Training Labs

TI provides UCD3138x Training Labs to quickly start software development. The Training Labs include a 5-part video series with accompanying training lab firmware.

To get started with the UCD3138x Training Labs:

  1. Buy a UCD3138x Open Loop EVM (40-pin, 64-pin or 80-pin).
  2. Buy a USB-to-GPIO2 Interface Adapter.
  3. Download Code Composer Studio (CCS) and Fusion Digital Power Studio.
  4. Configure CCS for Arm v5.2.4.
  5. Download the UCD-TRAINING-LABS;
  6. Watch the Introduction to Digital Power Controllers video series.

The UCD3138x Training Labs are divided into the following sections:

  • General UCD3138x introduction and overview
  • Lab 1: UCD3138x basics and tools
  • Lab 2: Digital PWM (DPWM) module
  • Lab 3: Digital filter (EADC) module
