7.3.10.2.5 Battery Overvoltage Protection (BATOVP)

When VBAT transitions above VBAT_OVP, BQ25638 immediately disables charging by turning off the converter. BAT_FAULT_FLAG is set to 1 and BAT_FAULT_STAT transitions to 1. Once VBAT falls below VBAT_OVPZ, charging resumes and BAT_FAULT_STAT transitions back to 0.
