Test Procedures

The TPS7H1111-SP was electrically pre and post-tested using the production automated test equipment program.

General test procedures adhered to MIL-STD-883, Method 1017 for Neutron Irradiation of TPS7H1111-SP. Neutron irradiation conditions are listed in Table 2-1.
