PRODUCT (1) (2) (3)DESCRIPTION
TPS7A14xx(x)(P)QWyyyzQ1xx(x) is the nominal output voltage. Two or more digits are used in the ordering number (for example, 09 = 0.9V, 95 = 0.95V, 125 = 1.25V).
P indicates active pull down; if there is no P, then the device does not have the active pull down feature.
Q indicates that this device is a Grade-1 device in accordance with the AEC-Q100 standard.
W indicates the package has wettable flanks.
yyy is the package designator.
z is the package quantity. R is for a 3000 piece reel.
Q1 indicates that this is an automotive grade (AEC-Q100) device.
For the most current package and ordering information see the Package Option Addendum at the end of this document, or visit the device product folder on www.ti.com.
Output voltages from 0.5V to 2.0V in 25mV increments are available. Contact the factory for details and availability.
