Waveforms

After completing the recommended test setup, verify that the following channels are displayed in the waveforms in Figure 3-2.

  • CH 1 = VDD/EN
  • CH 2 = HV+
  • CH 3 = S2

Figure 3-3 shows two test points using the following channels settings.

  • CH 1 = VHipot (HV+)
  • CH 2 = S1-S2
