1.4 Device Information

The TPSM81299 is a synchronous step-up module and operates in a hysteretic control scheme. The TPSM81299 has a wide input voltage (AVIN) supply range between 0.5V and 5.5V (0.7V rising voltage for start-up). The TPSM81299 only consumes 95nA quiescent current and achieves up high efficiency under light load condition. The TPSM81299 family provide wide input current limit from 5mA to 1.5A and support true shutdown function at EN low. TPSM81299 has an average input current limit of 1.2A, provides a fast transient performance mode, and has an accurate load regulation mode for different systems.
