4x PWM Mode

In 4x PWM mode of DRV8762-Q1, high-side INHx and low-side INLx inputs operate independently, except to prevent cross conduction when the high and low side of the same half-bridge are turned ON at same time.

If the system is configured in a half-bridge configuration, shoot-through occurs when the high-side and low-side MOSFETs are turned on at the same time. The system also reports a STP_FLT fault.

Table 3-1 4x PWM Mode Truth The device pulls high- and low- side gate outputs low to prevent shoot through condition of power stage.
