Device Information

The DRV81315-Q1 and DRV81325-Q1 provide single channel and dual channel protected low-side switches respectively with intergrated output overvoltage protection for inductve load demagnitization. The channels are protected against overcurrent and overtemperature. A Faults report is available per each channel as an open drain STATUS output on the DRV813xxA-Q1 variants. The devices are availabel in different packages which are utilized on the EVMs.
