Test Points

There are six test points available on the EVM. TP1 and TP6 are both user-side ground. TP2 is provided to monitor the DIAG pin of the AMC4330R. TP3 and TP4 are the current and voltage monitoring points. TP5 is provided to monitor DVDD applied to the EVM. Each test point is labeled with the function of the test point.
